failure to follow these terms will result in warnings or a blacklist

taking inspiration is fine, but please credit me
you may make changes or edits to designs you own by me
ask me before editing my art work
if you heavily change, revamp, or redesign one of my designs please contact me
you can not add tos or rules onto one of my designs
you may co-own my designs, by i do not take responsibility for them
you cannot use my artwork or designs as a nft
do not use my artwork for commercial use
you may trade or resell my designs
only resell my designs for their worth plus any extra art that was purchased
if the art/design was not made specifically for you, you do not have permission to use it

commsi can refuse to do a commission with no reason stated
i can cancel a commission for any reason and I don't have to state why
payment will be given after I complete a sketch, I will not continue with the commission until I receive payment
payment plans are not allowed unless your order is $100 or more
refunds: not started- 100%, sketch done- 75%, lineart done- 50%, anything more completed- 0%
do not rush me to finish art, I can attempt to finish by dates if applicable but I cannot promise anything
if tos is broken and I have not finished your commission I will immediately stop working on it and you will get what I have finished with no refund
you may ask to hold or preclaim commission slots with a down-payment of half
no harassing me whatsoever, whether it be for not finishing a commission on time, refusing to do/complete a commission, etc. Any harassment will result in an immediate blacklist
